Elevator No. 1 started with my dream, to serve good food and create a space where everyone feels welcome.
It comes from my grandpa who worked the land his entire life.
My grandma who combined tradition and meals that left your stomach and heart full.
It’s rooted in a deep respect for farming, the prairies, and the way of life that built Saskatchewan.
